Happy Thanksgiving!

At the time of this posting Thanksgiving is in the future so most of you have not experienced it yet. Some of you do not live in America and a wish to enjoy an American holiday is at best silly and at worst insulting.

I understand, however I desired to make the declaration regardless.

Anyone who has had a bad Thanksgiving knows or needs to realize that a bad experience on the day of begins days if not weeks in advance with the decisions one makes and the actions left undone. Whether that be inviting your cantankerous uncle or buying a dry turkey the Wednesday before the day of celebration.

In this fashion this message and the holiday itself serves as a lesson for all of us no mater when or if we participate in it ourselves.

Do not let decorum or expetation force your hand.

Do not put off for the future what you are able to accomplish today.

And remember you have an amazing amount of control over your experiences. Look ahead to the future not just to consequence and malady but to joy and prosperity. What can I do now that will empower me here and fulfill me there?

I cannot answer such questions for you my dear readers but I have faith you can answer it for yourselves.

May the future be full of those who surround you with love and respect.
